Responsibilities:
职责：

Coordinate internal and external system & process & product audits;
协调内部和外部的体系审核，过程审核和产品审核；
Coordinate and monitor product/process change, quality alert for production;
协调完成质量警报；
Promote plant-wide Quality Management System including training for ongoing improvements;
通过改善和培训，确保有效的质量管理体系在全工厂得到贯彻和执行；
To train and promote employees' quality awareness;
通过培训加强员工的质量意识；
Maintain the quality system and reporting;
维护质量体系和报表；
Control quality system documents including procedures and work instructions;
质量体系文件的控制和跟踪；
Ensure company Quality System complies with customer requirements and ISO/TS16949;
确保公司质量体系符合ISO/TS16949和客户的相关要求；


Requirements:
要求：

College above, major in Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering is prefered;
大专以上学历，机械或制造工程相关类专业优先；
At least 3 years practical working experience in automobile industry; Be involved in certificating and maintain ISO/TS16949 system;
3年以上汽车行业工作经验，熟悉工厂建立和ISO9000/Ts 16949体系审核；
Strong knowledge on quality tools, APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA/Control Plan/8D;
熟练运用APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA/Control Plan/8D等质量工具；
Strong problem analysis and solving skills;
良好的问题分析和解决能力；
Good at dealing with customers;
能与客户建立和保持良好的关系；
Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and communicative skills to carry out cross-department project;
良好的沟通能力，有责任心和团队协作精神，能协调多部门共同完成工作目标；
Good written English and common spoken English ;
良好书面英语及一般口头英语；
