职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
§ Manage the business of an area. Focus on sell-in and Sell-out execution. Set up action plans based on the company’s channel strategies.
§ Well execute action plans to make sure that sales targets are completely achieved.
§ Closely work with distributors to improve their retail management level, internal process efficiency and inventory control.
§ Lead area sales team in developing new distributors and setting up business development plan of certain area.
§ Lead sales team to manage department store relationship according to retail segmentation to ensure the best merchandising, product listing , build annual store cooperation plan then have good execution as well
§ Provide coach and feedback to the team. Improve area sales team’s competencies.
§ Work closely with marketing team for store cooperation plan, promoter training.
§ Set up individual’s monthly, weekly and daily working plan and make it well executed.
Qualifications:
§ At least 5 years experiences in retail channel management.
§ Experience in department store is preferred. Experience in FMCG or luxury industry is preferred.
§ Basic writing and speaking skills in English.
§ Be good at Microsoft Office.
