Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Maintain and update Job Specification and Job Description.
2.Assist in establishing and developing the recruitment & training policies and procedures in compliance with the company strategies.
3.Organize and implement the recruitment and selection steps, conduct the interview face to face for general-staff-level employees.
4.Follow up all the logistic issues and provide assistance to the candidates until they come on board
5.Develop the recruiting channels and publishes company's recruiting advertisements, evaluate the recruitment channels so as to improve the recruitment quality and efficiency.
6.Plan and conduct new employees orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
7.Design and organize training program, keep training record, establish and maintain training database.
8.Handle daily activities and administration of recruitment & training coordination.
9.Fulfill other tasks when necessary

Qualifications / Requirements:

1.University degree, majored in Human Resource or having the related certificate.
2.At least 4 years of working experience with recruitment and training in multi-national manufacturing company.
3.Quick leaner, proactive thinking, self-motivated and commitment to develop together with the business of rapid growth.
4.Take Initiative in routine work, independent.
5.Good command of English and Computer skills.
