• Work intimately with commercial department, initially understand customer's needs and answer customer's questions. Assist commercial departments sign contracts and be responsible for project kick-off meetings.
• Execute software training for customers according to their specific requirements.
• Liaise with customer and Headquarters as a coordinator, help customers to solve their problems, if necessary deliver their problems and requirements to Headquarters during the design process.

• Be responsible for customer supporting including on-site and software supporting.
• Assist and accompany UK experts to visit domestic clients.

• High integrity character, in line with Romax's corporate culture
• Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Abundant experience in gear box (including its components) design and analysis, familiar components' assessment and quality control.
• At least 5 years working experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability with teamwork spirit essential.
• Knowledge and experience in various gearbox tests and manufacturing processes.
• Experienced in the use of 3D modelling, preferably with CATIA.
• Experience of finite element analysis beneficial.
• Good English language skills essential.
