Responsibilities:

1.Participate in all aspects of testing activities, including functional, regression, stress and integration testing, to secure each of the scheduled deliveries.
2.Defines, develops and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, test plan, system quality analytics and other QA assessments, to well manage the full life cycle of system quality assurance.
3.Act as technical specialist to support our current software development practices by identifying and guiding continuous improvement projects in coordination with our other MIS teams.
4.Coordinate with Development manager and BA manager to collect, analyze, and summarize product quality concerns, issues and trends, and develop solutions to continuously improve system quality. Coordinate with other team members to create and maintain any required software documentation.
5.Coach QA testers to familiarize the appropriate knowledge/skills so as to effectively execute professional testing activities.
6.Design and lead QA team to develop automated testing platforms using industrial matured testing methodologies, including commercial/open source tools, scripts and appropriate data set.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree and above majored in computing or engineering related
2.Minimum 3 years of working experience within software industry and at least 2 years of experience as a test engineer in enterprising software testing
3.Good knowledge of application-under-test functionality and application requirements so as to perform software testing proficiently, including functional, regression, stress and integration testing
4.Familiar with at least 3+ popular test tools and their usage
5.Proficient in test case design and arrange effective test plan which is always consist with project release schedule
6.Familiar with the software development lifecycle and RUP/Agile software development process
7.Good QA documentation design experience and bug life cycle
8.Good English communication skills
