职位描述：
1.主要从事基于J2EE的B/S结构的应用软件的开发和管理；
2.同时参与相关的系统分析与设计；
3.能够协助项目经理进行团队和客户沟通，并确保工作任务交付质量和进度；
4.与项目组其他成员紧密合作。

岗位要求：
1.大学本科或以上学历；
2.有3-5年以上java项目开发经验，熟悉J2EE体系架构；
3.参加过5个以上中型项目的中级程序员角色并在其中担任核心模块的开发；
4.有带领3人以上开发、实施团队经验，有客户现场实施工作经验者优先考虑；
5.熟悉Websphere Application Server、 JBOSS、tomcat等应用服务器；
6.熟悉ORACLE或其他大型数据库，有较好的关系型数据库的设计能力；
7.熟悉UML，熟练使用ROSE、POWERDESIGNER等建模工具进行设计表达；
8.了解软件工程、编程规范、有过程控制意识；
9.良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神，责任心强；
