Main Responsibilities

· To lead close liaison with cross function team (Backend Technology, Manufacturing, Quality, SPC, Purchasing, Equipment Engineering, Product Engineering, Process Engineering and etc).

· To work with Production, Engineering, SPC, Central Planning, Product Life Cycle Management, Sales & Marketing for Safe Launching Plan.

· To facility Penang manufacturing concept to BE China.

· To lead new product prototyping, develop production readiness and transfer to production.

· Ensure completeness of information in PDL tool to be ready audit.

· To work with production for headcount planning.

· To work with SPC for capacity extension.

· To work with EE for equipment utilization

· To drive the HC & Equipment utilization productivity program.

· Overall Penang transfer steering committee Leader. (Cover by OSM Project Manager)
