Job Purpose
To support High Voltage discrete product development and sustaining in PCIA product line.
Duties and Responsibilities
? New Product development with AOP projects and NIR/Stampoff projects.
? IMR, test program and BOM setup
? Product characterization, product datasheets generation & website info maintenance
? Marketing support for technical support with customer requests
? PQA support
? Mass production support in Spec, Low yield, Fab and Assy transfer and Process changes etc
? Product sustaining and customer support till end of product life cycle.
? Maintain work environment to 5S standard.
? Conform work procedure and product to meet Fairchild and International quality, safety and environmental quality standards.
Qualifications
BSEE or equivalent (Master degree preferred), with over 2 yrs product or test engineering experience in power discrete (Power MOSFET), Functional Power IC (including multi-chip) or related products. Good communication skills – verbal and written. Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different locations. Results/goal oriented.
