Job Description职位描述：
Report to the Supply Chain Manager/向供应链经理汇报工作。
1.Establish and forward the Work Orders in the daily basis to Production department/建立和传递每日工单给生产部
2.Monitor the Work In Progress daily, anticipate supply shortage between the operations and activate the necessary actions with the support of the management/监管每日工作进程，预测运营过程中会出现的供给短缺情况，并在管理层的支持下作出必要行动
3.Report daily to the management for any schedule delay with recovery actions proposed/每日向管理层汇报所有的进度延迟，并提出恢复进度行动计划
4.Monitor the lead time of manufacturing and WIP (work in Progress) reduction in different units of the production lines, proposed actions to the management with lean methods/监管生产线不同零件的制造和工作进程缩短完成时间，并用精益法向管理层提出行动计划
5.Fully understand and Knows the manufacturing data (BOM time, unscheduled event) to evaluate the capacity of each unit of the production lines according to the instruction of the management/了解生产数据，跟据管理指南评估生产线每一零件的生产力
6.Continuous improve the planning rationally in consideration globally the customer needs, resources of the company/考虑到顾客的需求，公司资源，合理地持续改进生产计划。
7.Able to prioritize of the product production in the production lines/对生产线产品的生产，能够分清轻重缓急。
8.Coordination with the process, quality and production for any issues which has impact on smooth flow of the parts in the production line/对于任何能影响生产线顺利生产零件的问题，需要与工艺，质量，生产部协作

EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES学历和其他技能要求
1.Bachelor Degree/本科学历
2.Good English language skills/良好的英语能力
3.Organizational skills/组织能力
4.Capacity to analyze and to synthesize/分析和综合能力
5.Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel) and ERP software/熟练使用office办公软件

Snecma Xinyi Airfoil Castings Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.

Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and more than 120 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
