职位描述
Responsibilities：
1.Ensure process safety, availability, capability and reliability确保工艺的安全、有效实用、能力和可靠性
2.Be responsible of production equipment capacity to meet customer’s demand负责生产设备的产能以满足客户需求
3.For the existing processes to improve productivity and quality 改善现有工艺的生产力和质量
4.Define technical choices and manage implementation of new products in term of process and production means定义新产品工艺和生产方法的技术选择和实施
5.Expert on Schneider Production System (SPS) deploy in plant (VSM, KaiZen, Poka Yoke, MPH…) 熟悉SPS方法（VSM, KaiZen, Poka Yoke, MPH…）
6.Participate in the choice and selection of sub-contractors & suppliers and provide the support for subcontractors参与委外和供应商的选择，为委外提供技术支持
7.Take leadership on new project (LADM, Ergonomics, MTM….)领导新项目(LADM, Ergonomics, MTM….)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical-electronics , Mechanics, material industrial engineering
- Have electric industry experience，at least for 3 years;
-Fluent in English;
- Knowledge in Lean production , 6 sigma project experience ,Good at written and spoken English, CET-4; MS Office, AutoCAD
