Responsibilities:

- To ensure the continuous engineering of the product manufactured by SEMC 确保SEMC制造的产品持续工程改进

·To ensure the update of the technical file inside SEMC and distribute documents to document controller for official release.确保SEMC的技术文件及时更新并将文件受控下发

·Provide technical support for quality issue.为质量问题的改善提供支持

·Provide technical support for project needs.为项目提供技术支持

- To lead the ECR / ECN changes process :

·To lead the whole ECN planning in SEMC.领导SEMC所有的ECN计划

·To coordinate with Purchasing / Quality / method / logistic for the ECN application (from the feasibility study to the implementation of the SAP system)协调采购、质量、工艺、物流的ECN应用（从可行性研究到SAP系统地实施）

·To be responsible of the traceability of the application date on the line.负责生产线应用日期的可追溯性

·To distribute the update file inside SEMC (through DCC)负责SEMC更新文件的内部分发（通过DCC）

·To ask support from PCP & MAC continuing engineering team when necessary必要时寻求持续改进工程团队（CE）的支持

·To decide and distribute Product Temporary Derogation. 决定和发布产品让步接收

- Component Localization and QVE :零部件的本地化和QVE

·Lead the whole part localization and QVE process领导所有零件的本地化和QVE过程

·Participate to the PPEP process under the leadership of SQE.积极配合SQE进行PPEP

·Communicate directly with related departments on technical related issues.与相关部门直接沟通与技术有关的问题

·Dimension report analysis.尺寸报告分析与判定

·Define the incoming check requirements.定义入厂检查要求（进货检验卡）

Requirement:

Education and major 教育程度及专业:大专以上学历，机械或机电类专业
Working Experience工作经验: 3年以上TE或R&D工作经验

Expertise / Skills技能: 熟练使用AutoCAD、Proe、熟悉产品技术和生产工艺

Personal Attributes个性: 专注、稳重，能吃苦耐劳
