亚太区采购经理 工作地点：重庆工厂

This role is to manage the supply base and source the material and components of all business or poterntial business involving mainly the Chongqing plant, in order to improve Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD)performance.

1. build and manage the regional supply panel, in order to support the start-up projects in ,China, Asia. Localize materials and parts wherer possible.

2. Source all components and raw material to support the projects developments and supply the plant.

3.Identify qualified suppliers and quote the bill of material for all programes quoted for the Asian market.

4. Interact with the European program buyers, in order to meet the RFQs and new programs deadlines and budget and make all the information transparent to the program teams.

5. Qualify the componets (APQP, PPAP, Run@rate..)of the new programs starting .

6. Audit the potential new suppliers and run the approval process according to the Bosal sourcing core procedure.

7.buid the PAP (Productivity Action Plan), subsequently monitor the cost reduction actions for the plants and drive the execution of the PAP.

8. Report the sourcing KPIs for the Asian pplants.

Qulificaiton:

1. high business university or Masters degree in Business or Engineering with a specialisation in international purchasing.

2. strong project management skills.

3. minimum of 5 years experience in the same level of position in the automotive industry.

4. a high sense of transparency through formal communication.

5. results oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.

6. Ability to work in a matrixed organisation.

7. Strong cross functional leadership.

8. international mind set, overseas experience is a plus.

9. minimum bi-lingual (English required)
