6.为新机器的集成提供帮助。
7.建立巡逻设备。
8.分类设备文件。
9.存档具体的文件（TPM,MP,FT）
10.确保根据安全规定，与相关人员（生产部员工，质量部员工，政府官员，承包商）交流开展工作。
11.保护环境。
12.对购买机器，建设新工程，改造工程等的磋商情况，进行详细的说明。
13.管理供应商。
14.监控设备质量。
15.评估员工的工作能力。
16.明确培训需要，工具使用需要。
17.实行成本节约计划。

相关要求:
1.在相关领域有五年工作经验
2.本科学历。
3.良好的英语能力。
4.负责，严谨，自主能力，团队合作精神。

Job Description:
1.Establishing a diagnosis of failure
2.Organization of preventive & corrective maintenance (Maintenance Plan)
3.Organization of work of the maintenance team
4.Purchase of spare parts (Local beg and supplier)
5.Study and make the machines more reliable
6.Provide for the integration of new machines
7.Establish patrolling equipment
8.Sort documentation of equipment
9.Achieve the specific documentation (TPM, MP, FT)
10.Communication and interface with Customers (Production, Quality, Service official, sub-contractor ,...... Ensure compliance with the rules of safety
11.Ensure the protection of the environment
12.Participate in the specification for consultation ( Buy machine, new construction or modification,…)
13.Manage energy with suppliers (billing, contracts,check ...)
14.Monitor the quality of equipment
15.Assess the level of competence of staff
16.Define the need for training , Define the need for tooling
17.Develop the plans to reduce costs (maintenance, use, ..)
Requirements:
1.Five years working experience in relevant field.
2.Bachelor degree.
3.Good command of English.

Snecma Xinyi Airfoil Castings Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.

Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and more than 120 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
