任职要求：
1、电子、通信、无线电相关专业本科以上学历；
2、熟悉通信系统、信号与系统分析基本原理；
3、从事过空间信号分析相关领域算法工作（监测算法、测向算法）；
4、熟练使用算法开发工具，如matlab、vc++、delphi等；
5、做过信号与信息处理相关算法者优先；
6、有fpga设计经验者优先（基带信号处理）；
7、能够熟练阅读英文文献资料。

岗位职责：
1、对产品新功能开发提供理论依据、解决方案；
2、参与产品新功能开发，负责新功能开发的算法部分，包括理论验证、功能仿真及算法实现；
3、对既往产品的算法优化，包括精确度、算法运行效率等方面；
4、掌握行业内相关新产品动向、新算法的应用；
5、对可能用在产品内的算法进行研究（包含非信号与信息处理类算法）。
