任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科以上学历；
2、3年以上IT行业QA或EPG工作经历；
3、深入理解CMMI模型，丰富的CMMI实施经验，具备CMMI3或以上的咨询评估全程参与经历优先；
4、具有良好的文档撰写能力；
5、极强的工作计划性，较强的组织协调能力和沟通能力；
6、具有良好团队协作精神；
7、熟练掌握office word、 Excel、 PowerPoint文档编辑、Office Project项目管理、Office Visio绘图等工具 。

岗位职责：
1、参与公司质量体系建设，完善软件开发流程质量管理；
2、负责对软件质量保证体系进行梳理，定期协助组织质量管理体系内部审核，保证内部质量管理体系的有效运行；
3、根据度量数据、度量分析报告得出过程改进规划建议，推进过程改进在部门的有效执行，并跟踪过程改进结果；
4、 制定项目的质量保证计划，并按计划实施QA活动，定期向领导报告项目情况；
5、对内部员工进行质量保证规程和相关体系的知识培训；
6、辅助软件部经理的日常管理工作。
