任职要求：
1、数据库、计算机、软件工程等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、三年以上的数据管理、研发及相关工作经验；
3、具备良好的数据库开发建模能力，熟悉Microsoft Access数据库、精通Oracle数据库的运行机制和体系架构；
4、具备ORACLE OLAP建模分析能力；
5、熟悉Microsoft Visual 2010开发环境，熟悉c#，熟悉Linq；
6、熟悉多层软件架构，熟悉.Net Remoting或WCF；
7、深刻理解面向对象的理念和设计模式，熟悉软件开发管理过程，有良好的编程规范及开发能力；
8、有良好的C++基础、MFC基础者，具备大规模数据存储、分表/分库、集群、复制和相关的数据访问层设计以及开发经验优先；
9、有无线电监测、检测行业等方面工作经验或具备海量数据库数据挖掘经验者优先。

岗位职责：
1、运用PowerDesinger，ER等建模工具进行数据库建模；
2、依据需求建立数据结构；
3、对ORACLE,Microsft Access进行维护与管理；
4、运用c#进行数据库访问层的设计与开发。
