Job Responsibilities:

1. Set up the efficient production team, define production business target and indicators (productivity, internal PPM, safety rate etc.).

2. Calculate building capacity according to sales forecast, make investment budget of equipment and labor resource and control the relevant cost, continue improvement, lean production.

3. Make manual human resources requirement plan, evaluate the performance of production team members, encourage innovation and improvement in production field, support team member to complete tasks.

4. Monitor production performance indicators, process quality indicators, absence rate, suggestion rate of production team, report to production manager periodically.

5. Support continue improvement, define and push the action plan, follow up performance and result.

6. Motivate employee engagement, ensure safety/flexibility/discipline/do not blame or judge.

7. Provide training requirement and make training plan, monitor the training implement.

Job requirements:

1. College or above degree, and major in technical or engineering.

2. At least 5 years related working experience, 2 years experience in a supervisory role.

3. Be familiar with production planning and manufacturing processes.

4. Leadership skills and financial awareness.

5. Business English communication skills both in written and oral English.
