岗位职责：

1. 为工艺流程和设备编制标准文件和指导书；

2. 维护生产数据，如BOM、工艺路线等；

3. 分析质量问题潜在原因，采取措施以防重复发生；

4. 分析并提出方案优化流程、工艺及设备以提高产能和质量；

5. 定期更新相关工位及工艺文件；

6. 在与相关部门保持良好沟通的情况下，设计并维护生产布局；

7. 负责组织工厂内部的工程更改；

8. 负责焊接产线员工培训、参数设定、焊接产品分析等；

9. 在任何工艺变更的情况下重新设定机器人，保证产品质量；

10. 支持亚太总部开发新项目，包括设计发布、供应商设备移交、工厂设备安装等，在工厂担任项目负责人。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，机械或焊接相关专业；

2. 3年以上焊接领域相关工作经验，激光焊接优先；

3. 3年以上汽车行业或机械行业工作经验；

4. 熟悉机械制图和分析；

5. 熟悉焊接相关标准；

6. 具备相关专业知识，如ABB机器人技术、激光焊接技术；

7. 具备基本的工业工程知识；

8. 口语和书面英语能作为工作语言。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and impement all necessary standardized documents and instructions for manufacturing process and equipments.

2. Maintain all production data such as BOM, rate routings, production versions etc.

3. Analysis the potential root causes(related to process and equipments) of quality problems, take actions to avoid any repetition.

4. Analysis, propose and implement improvement related to flow, process and equipment in order to increase the productivity and quality.

5. Review and regularly update all related documents for workstations and process.

6. Develop and maintain production layout with close communication with the affected departments

7. Responsible for the leading of engineering changing in the plant.

8. Expert of the welding production line, parameter setting, welding result analysis, etc.

9. Re-teaching the robot in case of any changing of the process to keep a good welding quality.

10. Support the AI/IE & AI/FT for new projects: design release, equipment releas at the supplier, setting up in the plant, capability study, run@rate etc, acting as project leader in the plant.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree level in a mechanical field or welding subject.

2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the welding area. Laser welding is a prefer.

3. Minimum 3-years’ experience in automotive or mechanical industry.

4. Familiar with Mechanical drawing reading and analysis.

5. Familiar with welding related standard.

6. Specialized Knowledge: ABB robot technology; Laser welding technology.

7. Basic IE knowledge is necessary.

8. Business English communication skill both in written and oral.
