Job Responsibility:

1.Provide administrative support for the development, implementation and communication of all HR related projects and procedures

2.Update and maintain the Company’s personnel filing system

3.Provide support on HR management reporting

4.Handle all recruitment administration activities

5.Be responsible for employee attendance management

6.Arrange for meeting, travel, hotel, and car reservations

7.Assistance with office daily management

8.Other work assigned by the manager

Qualification

1. Management, HR and related major

2. Fluent oral and written both in English and Chinese

3. Good interpersonal communication skill

4. Strong execution

5. Initiative and strong sense of responsibility

6. At least 2-3 years’ experience in similar area
