Key Responsibilities:
1. Support large scale GMP project to establish manufacturing supply chain function

-Master data of ERP. e.g. material, equipment and service resource planning, delivery timetables.

-Develop procedures and SOP for manufacturing supply chain function.

-Collaborate with other departments, such as production, QC, QA, RA, technical on the manufacturing projects.

-Support sourcing activities of logistics service, outbound warehouse and 3PL.

2. Support launch of new SAP system, especial for MM and SD model.

3. Daily management of manufacturing Supply Chain

-Management demand plan, production plan, supply(delivery)plan.

-Monitoring CSL, inventory and cost of manufacturing supply chain.

-Manage daily operation of PO, SO, warehousing, etc.

-Handle the logistics procedures of customs and trading authorities.

4. Staff supervision and recruitment, team building

Professional and Competencies required:
1. Supply chain and manufacturing background in a GMP environment. Understanding regulatory standards, various local, state and federal laws that apply to the business and where to find information on standards processes

2. SAP launch or at least user's experience

3. Project management knowledge

4. Good interpersonal skills & strong written and verbal communication

5. Analytical problem solving

6. Able to work in a matrix organization & lead teams without the benefit of a direct reporting line

7. Establish solid working relationships with and to interface with and support senior management, 3rd parties

8. Excellent customer service orientation with flexibility and adaptability to work as a member of the team and respond quickly to changes as required by the business operations

Education and Experiences
Bachelor degree or above

7+ years of GSP manufacturing supply chain management related experience

4+ years of manufacturing supply chain leadership experience

Fluent in English
