We are currently seeking one Customer care field support manager to join our team in Shanghai. The main purpose of CS Accessory& Merchandise Contractor is to help Volvo to managing KPI and guide complaint handling of dealer.

资格和要求
教育：学士学位，法律/心理学专业
经验：汽车企业的一般理解，至少5年的投诉处理及3年在汽车行业的经验，最好有客户关系管理经验
技能：良好的英语，尤其能用英文撰写报告
计算机技能：良好。
沟通和人际关系技巧：原则与过程导向，能与管理层和基层良好沟通。
独立行动的能力：高度独立。


Customer Care Field Support Manager
Key responsibilities
？ Guide dealers to handle customers’ complaints
？ Handle outstanding complaints & escalations
？ Establish and manage outstanding complaints handling process
？ Individual coaching & independently training to dealers
？ Contact with customer, negotiate and provide solutions
？ Other assigned projects and tasks.
？ Periodic and specific reports.

Key Performance Measurement
？ Scorecard KPI
？ Feedback from market (CFL)
？ Dealer competence & process.
？ Supplier competence KPI

Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree in law/psychology
Experience:
General understanding of automotive business, at least 5 years of complaint handling and 3 years in automobiles industry, preferably experienced in CRM activities..
English skills: Good
PC skills: Good.
Communication and interpersonal skills: Principle and process oriented, communicates with both management and basic level.
Ability to act independently: Highly independent.
