Responsibilities工作职责:
?Select mystery shoppers according to ACDL clients’ criteria
根据ACDL客户标准挑选神秘顾客
?Train the mystery shoppers about their missions and ensure their full
understanding of the processes and requirements
对神秘顾客进行任务培训，确保他们对任务要求完全理解
?Coordinate the field work with the shopper and communicate with other departments to ensure the completion of the mission in timely manner.
与神秘顾客和其他部门很好地沟通协调，确保任务按时完成
?Establish List of payment of shoppers , Follow up the Payment
建立神秘顾客的费用清单，追踪付款情况
?Report to the Senior Marketing Coordinator in charge of the projects assigned
汇报给高级市场协调员，负责指定项目

Requirements要求:
?Diploma or above holder in Business Administration/Marketing Field
大专或以上学历，工商管理或市场相关专业毕业
?Native Mandarin ,Good English (reading and writing) is a plus
母语是中文，有很好的英文（阅读和写作）能力更佳
?Minimum 1 experience in Market Research, Retail, Project Management
至少在市场分析、零售、项目管理上有1年的工作经验
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point and Excel
熟练运用Microsoft Office软件，包括Word, Power Point, Excel
?Strong communication and inter-personal skills
很好的沟通和人际交往能力
?Analytical and able to handle multiple projects
善于分析，可以处理多项目工作
?Well organized, Able to respect deadlines

?Clear and transparent Reporting
