Position Focus:

Product developed and launched, and supporting sales for business awarded

Scope:

This job covers program life from quotation to launch phase, and cross-functional team includes sales, finance, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, etc. It includes the following items but is not limited to them.

1. Timing Plan: to work out, update and manage all deliverables according to customer and company’s internal requirements

2. Cost: to provide input for quotation, make program budget, get it approved by the company, control spending, and keep optimizing it

3. Quality: to be responsible for the quality of all deliverables

4. Risk: to predict risks and manage them

5. Customer Interface: effective after program awarded, to handle customer requirements, communications, complains and deliverables

Education:

1. Bachelor degree or above of engineering or business

2. Good English in written and verbal

3. Good skills in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Experience:

1. 5 years working experience or above, with program management of electronics products

2. Automotive industry not mandatory but preferred

3. General understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing processes and documentations
