职位描述
Job Description
? Daily review and deal with incoming material quality issues; follow-up with supplier for the incoming or in process detected issue
? Work with supplier on robust quality system to set-up operation of KPP (Key Process Parameter), control plan for new material supplier, ensure excursion free in raw materials NPI or ramp up
? Conduct supplier visit/audit to drive supplier's process control as well as quality system improvement
? Work with Engineering, Purchasing group to develop 2nd source, low cost materials, and qualify the new supplier
? Regular quality meeting with major material suppliers, review supplier monthly report & SPC report
? Incoming inspection / functional test and its result feedback for new materials
? Supplier rating management with purchasing team
? Quality management coordination with QA, R&D and NPI Team
Competency Definition
? College diploma and above Degree in Engineering/Science.
? 3 yrs or more in a semiconductor industry in a similar capacity
? Organizing, planning, leadership and good communication skills.
? Skills of supplier management concept and quality related tools, such as 8D, 6 sigma, FMEA, SPC
? Organizing, planning, leadership and human interaction skills.
? ISO/QS/TS certified (internal)auditor
? Knowledge of ROHS and EHS related
? Basic JMP Skill
? RCA and Problem solving skill
