Set up new project for testing start from program development on selected platform or qualification to production.
Work with customer to drive continuously improvement systemically on test yield improvement etc
Work with Manufacturing to drive continuously improvement by reviewing KPI (Leading Indicator) and by using FA results.
Maintain consistent standard of conduct and discipline in operation.
Provide project status reports timely.
Perform any other duties as assigned or required by immediate supervisor.

Job Specification:
1. University Degree and above, major in Micro electronics. At least 10 years in semiconductor industry.
Understand IC principle, test method and relation between device construction and function, parameter;
Be familiar with IC failure mode. Familiar with tester (digital and analogy) configuration, tester language, tester interface; Able to find cost effective solution. Keep abreast with IC technology.
2. Good English on reading and oral. Familiar with Statistical tools and process controls. Know basic quality control method, such as FMEA, SPC, DOE, AQL sample plan, etc.
3. Effective communication skills and Presentation skill.
