Responsibility
- Be responsible for new test capability development as Analog test expert.
- Support test setup and correlation test for new products programmed on ASL1000/Eagle tester.
- Test development based on Analog new product roadmap and BU strategy.
Prepare recommendation for test and documentation of procedures to be used from the product design phase through initial production.
- May construct or assist in the construction of test fixtures and contact the vendors for tester capability optimize, new test equipment purchasing and buy off.
- Also support to solve test issue in CP, FT, Lab characterization and reliability testing.


Job Requirements
Education Background
- BS/MS in Electronics Engineering ;
Working Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in semiconductor test engineering
Specialized Skill
- Knowledge and experience on Visual C++ and new test program development on ASL1000/Eagle/JUNO/FET/TESEC test platform.
- Knowledge and experience on circuit design.
- Good understanding of Analog devices and testers;
- Good master of PCB layout, etc.
Other Requirements
- Good command of English
