Responsibility
◇ Industrial engineering is responsible for defining manufacturing headcount, equipment, and space capacity to support forecasted factory demand.
◇ Submit capital authorizations to secure funding for required manufacturing equipment.
◇ Develop manufacturing layout and manufacturing headcount plans for sustaining as well as new packages and product technology deployment;
◇ Forecast, order, and installation coordination for manufacturing equipment.
◇ Lead factory productivity improvement to meet production cost targets through factory performance analysis and improvement strategies.
◇ Partner closely with Planning & Logistics, Materials, Product engineering, Process engineering, Manufacturing/Operations, Facilities/SMS to manage and improve capacity systems and business processes to meet program/platform targets.
◇ Work with management to develop and maintain quarterly group and individual project goals to ensure IE objectives support business goals.

Job Requirements
◇ Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering degree
◇ At least 3 yrs experience in manufacturing operations related position (IE preferred)
◇ Industrial Engineering
◇ Industrial management
◇ Fluent English written and spoken communication.
◇ Experience in Assembly/Test manufacturing or lean manufacturing environment desired;
◇ Set up UPH, BOM.
◇ Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills;
◇ Able to do strategic planning and demonstrate solid analytical/mathematical skills.
