Job Responsibilities:
1. To Maintain an efficient work force and organization
2. To co-ordinate with the necessary support groups to ensure that production targets are met e.g. output/line items; inventory control.
3. To maximize the utilization of manpower and to balance the line
4. To motivate his/her subordinates towards attaining organizational objectives
5. To instruct/guide operators towards proper work procedure and discipline
6. To cross-train operators whenever possible for better flexibility and productivity
7. To channel information to superior/colleagues/support groups on matters requiring attention
8. To maintain and update records of his/her shift for the purpose of measurement and tractability
9. Able to handle all grievances relating to work
10. Review operators performance daily/weekly against set targets of previous week
11. To ensure safety in the work station, enforce all safety rules and regulations
12. To ensure work area is neat and tidy through 5S implementation.
13. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
14. Assigns tasks, reviews work and conducts appraisals of staff.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 yrs working experience in similar industry preferred.
College degree above.
