DP Process Engineer (Back Grinding/Wafer Mount /Die Sawing )
Job Description：
1. Process Optimization / Recipe Generation for DP process ( Back Grinding/Wafer Mount /Die Sawing )
2. Troubleshoot and resolve productivity/yield issues for HVM device.
3. Perform process DOE to optimize process parameter
4. Perform New DP Material Qualification & Process development to meet new technology roadmap.
5. Develop Best Known Methodology (BKM) & identify opportunity for quality & cost improvement.
6. Perform buy-off and qualification of DP equipments
Competency Definition：
1. BG/DS Recipe Generation / Parameter Setting
2. DP Machine Operation & Process Trouble shooting
3. Knowledgeable for different wafer & die defect pattern
4. Knowledgeable in use of statistical tools such as, DOE, pareto charts, commonality analysis, SPC etc
5. Should possess sufficient understanding about wheel & blade properties and related DP materials (tape, diamaflow)
6. Knowledgeable on DP machine properties and machine capability.
7. Knowledgeable on advanced DP technologies such as Low K, thin wafer, DAF develop
