工作职责
Responsibility
◇ Drive overall quality control at Plating Subcon House
◇ Cooperate with engineering process engineer to establish and perfect the quality control system of the company
◇ To implement the company's quality policy, responsible for quality plan develop, modify and participate in audit;
◇ According to the quality of the collected inside and outside the company, analysis, processing, summarizing the quality of customer complaint, make and verify relevant prevention, prevention and correction measures outskirt fruit appearance, product and process to prevent unqualified;
◇ According to customer requirement and write 8D report
◇ Responsible for the customer on site, rohs/gp quality system audit;
◇ Supplier assessment and qualification, the coordination of the relevant aspects of the incoming inspection of everyday, be responsible for the quality of all raw materials;
◇ The implementation of ISO-9001 and iso/ts16949 quality system and rohs/gp system supervision.
◇ Know in detail of Plating process control and key parameters and able to identify issue for improvement..
岗位要求
Job Requirements
Education Background
◇ University graduate in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
Working Experience
◇ More than 3 year industrial experience in electroplating of precision components
◇ Good knowledge of plating process
◇ Strong analytical ability, reasoning and problem-solving.
Training Experience
◇ Electric chemistry.
◇ Waste Water Treatment System
Specialized Skill
◇ Familiar with QA system
◇ Skilled use of QA tools like FEMA,DOE,SPC.
◇ Able to use Microsoft Office and MS Project
◇ Good command of both written and spoken English

Other Requirement
◇ Hard working, self motivated, creative-mind set and able to accept work pressure
◇　Sound knowledge in semi-conductors industry is preferred.
