1. Manage and lead a team of QA staff to ensure smooth daily operations in all areas of SQE and IQA.
2. Develop and formulate departmental strategic plans and objectives to achieve the overall SQE and IQA goal
3. Establish and maintain a comprehensive supplier quality management system, incoming inspection process and material quality standard.
4. Maintain a supplier quality management system of ensuring all quality practices are in compliance with established procedures and standards.
5. Monitor supplier quality trend and adjust quality plans to go in line with the company objectives.
6. Initiate and monitor supplier quality improvement activities to prevent occurrence of material non-conformity.
7. Enforce discipline and ensure that company rules and regulations are adhered to in the QA Dept.
8. Develop performance indices to track the performance in the SQE and IQA Dept.
9. Monitor performance/projects and develop/implement plans to meet the quarterly goals and objectives for the Dept.
10. Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities in the company.
11. Provide leadership and serve as a role model within the QA Dept
