Manages production support engineering for a specific product or group of products and transfer from engineering stage to high volume production.

Interfaces with design, process, test and reliability engineering to solve problems. Sustains products with cost reduction and yield improvements.



In this position, the individual will be responsible for NAND Product Engineer and Package Qual/Rel tests setup/FA/Action Plan. The individual will also be responsible for Product Evaluation DOE for Rel/DPPM improvement and D/S and KGD Sort Yield improvement.
