Key Responsibilities :
· Responsible for all kinds of raw material and filler.
· Satisfy material requirement which production apply.
· Follow the delivery time of the material.
· Make the order of the all the material and key into polca system.
· Cooperate urgent situation of the production; transfer urgently the material to satisfy.
· Cooperate quality department to deal with all kinds of incoming quality problem.
· Responsible for new raw material and filler developing and provide the resource of the material for new project.
· Search the local material substitute for the import material, reduce the purchase cost and shorten the lead time
· Know all the market price about the material, the price fluctuating, the material situation, the potential Risks about material, and report to the manager the situation.
· Analyze the price trends; provide the suggestion about the purchasing plan to the manager.
· Discuss with the supplier of the price, realize the cost down.
· Discuss with the supplier of the payment, extend the payment as long as possible.
· Report to manager about the price every week
· Report to manager about purchasing list every week
· Assist manager to finish other matters.
Basic Requirements :
· College or above college. Polymer material or related major
· At least 3 years experience in plastic material purchasing or with relevant additive, well known import and export working experiences would be a good reference.
· Good communication with supplier.
· Communication ability with all level of people and fluent in spoken & written English.
· Good working knowledge of PC software such as MS word and Excel.
· Team worker, responsible and energetic, willing to learn and develop.
