Quality Control, GDX Team (1)

Qualifications

· A BA/BS degree or above in Computer Science or related technical field.

· Passion for, and commitment to, software quality.

· 2+ years’ experience in a test lead role and proven track record of managing a team throughout at least one complete product cycle.

· A proven track record of shipping high quality, scalable software.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and motivational skills.

· A deep understanding of software development process, demonstrated proficiency in designing test plans, and ability to work effectively both within a team and cross-group to create designs and to identify and manage dependencies, and drive to resolve issues and ship under tight deadlines.

· Prior product development and in depth hands-on, working knowledge of .NET, C#, SQL, and AJAX is a plus.

· Good English communication skills in written and/or oral (verbal Mandarin is not mandatory).

Responsibilities

· Attract, lead, train, mentor, grow, and retain SDET talent at all levels.

· Work closely with the management and development teams to drive quality through design and implementation.

· Participate in product specification reviews, design, triage, scheduling, and other product development process.

· Develop comprehensive test plans assuring the overall quality of the project, including functionality, security, performance and scalability.

· Hands-on writing test cases and test code.

· Lead the SDET team in implementation of a scalable, efficient test automation strategy.

· Work closely with program management and development teams to ensure appropriate quality metrics and goals are defined and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.

· 计算机科学或相关专业学士或以上学位，或具有同等技术经验。

· 对从事软件质量保证工作充满激情。

· 具有2年以上担任软件测试管理职务，并成功领导测试团队经历至少一个完整的产品周期。

· 具有可证明的成功交付高质量、可伸缩软件产品的经历。

· 具备优秀的组织及激励能力。

· 深谙软件开发流程，精通测试计划设计，具备与团队及跨小组成员间协同工作能力及熟练的问题跟踪、处理及管理驾驭能力以

确保产品按时交付。

· 有过产品开发经验，熟悉运用 .NET、C#、SQL和Ajax等技术者优先考虑。

· 具备较好的英语书写及口语能力（普通话能力不作特别要求，对条件优秀的应聘人员可放宽英文要求）。

工作职责

· 举荐、领导、启发、培训、指导及招聘所有层次的软件质量保证工程师。

· 与管理团队和开发团队成员间紧密协作以推进产品设计及实现过程的质量保证。

· 参与产品规格审校、设计、分类、计划及其它产品开发过程。

· 设计完善的测试计划以确保项目质量，包括功能、安全、性能及可伸缩性。

· 设计测试用例及测试代码。

· 领导测试团队实施可伸缩的、高效的测试自动化策略。

· 与管理团队和开发团队紧密协作以确保在项目周期过程中定义和跟踪合适的质量标准及目标。
