岗位任职要求：
1.大专以上学历
2.英语口语流利，CET-4（含）以上
3.打字熟练，熟悉EXCEL
4.能承受工作压力


该岗位因对接美洲业务，需要上夜班，上班时间为晚上10点--早上7点，公司提供夜班津贴，打车补助等相关福利。 无法接受该工作时间者，请勿投递简历。

Accountabilities:
1. Follow Operating Manual and Process Sheet to prepare BLs based on Shipping Instructions and Customer profile in system.
2. Send BL Proof to customers for confirmation.
3. Follow up BL amendment.
4. Release BL to customers.
5. Handle functional email box.
6. Handle individual email box.
7. Coordinate between customer, FLO and GSC when translation is required.
8. Provide timely and effective resolution of any issues, problems arising from FLO or other parties and ensure escalation process is properly followed.
9. Provide feedbacks and/or suggestions to supervisors when detect any issues in problem solving.
10. Handle any other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
