1.文控Document Control
1)负责工厂所有管理性文件、技术工艺文件等的编号、发放、存档、作废管理。Be responsible for making serial number, distribution, archiving, cancellation for all management files, the technical document and so on.
2)负责现场技术文件受控状态的审核；Be responsible for reviewing the status of on-site technical documents whether they are under the control.
3)确保文控中心的有效性。To ensure the effectiveness of document center.

2.CCC
负责监控CCC& 认证实施情况，如CCC申请提交、跟踪试验情况、证书的获得等；实施工厂年度CCC审核。To supervise implement status of CCC certification, such as submitting CCC application, following test result, obtaining of CCC certificate. implement annual CCC audit.

3.TS16949
进行TS16949申请认证、准备、正式审核、纠正、获证、监督审核等工作；执行内部审核，并跟踪行动计划的实施情况。Implement TS16949 application certification, preparation, formal audit, obtainment of certificate, annual audit and so on. Implement TS16949 internal audit, and follow up the action plan for non-conforming issues.

4.ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
协助进行ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001申请认证、准备、正式审核、纠正、获证、监督审核等工作；执行内部审核，并跟踪行动计划的实施情况。To assist ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 application certification, preparation, formal audit, obtainment of certificate, annual audit and so on. Implement TS16949 internal audit, and follow up the action plan for non-conforming issues.

5.支持整个工厂的QSE 展开。Support to develop QSE in plant.

6.主导年度的内审。Take leader for annual internal audit.

7.支持工厂FES展开。support plant FES development.
