职位描述

Location: 嘉定 欧资工程机械农机零部件供应商

Responsibilities:
Deliver a plan for Non Captive market of medium/heavy range engines (both imported and localized), focusing on the main actions that must be taken to develop the business.
Create contacts and business opportunities with major off-road players in China, in line with the Company strategy in this region.
As far as imported engines are concerned:
Achieve Sales Targets in terms of volumes and profitability
In synergy with cross-functional Team evaluate Requests for quotations and Lead the every step of the process in order to finalize the offer.
Follow key accounts for all the aspects and pursue the customer satisfaction.
Work together with JV Sales Team, in order to define common strategies and policies, and support JV performances

Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with an international team
Excellent negotiation skills
Highly familiar with the off-road Engine Sales, in particular have deep insight on the business sector and relationship with OEMs
Familiar with Engine Business or related business
Good knowledge and analytical skills on product cost composition
