? 1.Headcount Planning and Succession Planning
? Support HR&Admin.Manager to collect and check manpower planning,follow up to ensure headcount budget and rolling forecast are fulfiled. Support HR&Admin.Manager to prepare and track the succession planning for teams.
? 2.Recruitment & Interview
? Be responsible for official interview , and complete interview assessment,support CAMPUS recruitment and Assessment Center,etc.
? 3.Training Management
? Work closely with Training and Development Functions to handle the annual Training Needs Analysis, and take actions to support creating a competent workforce,ensure both budget & employee development needs are met.
? 4.Performance Management
? Coordinate the line managers to proceed the annual Employee Dialogue,support the line managers to complete Performance Management Cycle by using performance management tools, i.e. main tasks, target agreements and development plan.
? 5.Employee Relationship
? Support to enhance the dialogue between the working teams and HR for HR
topics through handling the defined employee relationship programs (i.e. employee
opinion survey, communication meetings) to foster trust-building between the employees
and the management, and the realization of a working environment that encourages
communication.
? Support the line managers to deal with discipline issues and low performance cases with consultation on company processes to the relevant manager/supervisor, evidence collection, legal requirements, etc and coordination with internal/external legal services for action if necessary.
? Maintain a homonized relationship with local authorization and handle the issue with
local government related.

Administration Management
? 1.canteen and meal management, parking space management.
? 2.provide other admin. service for teams, include but not limited to: shuttle bus
management, reception service, mail and parcel receving and sending, office management,
office sanitory distribution, drinking water,cleaning, greening, uniform washing, garbage
clean-up, shower-room management.


Education: University
? Working Experience: 5 years+
? Technical & Professional Knowledge: Recruitment & Interview Skill, Training Management
Experience, Hands-on Experience in Employee Relationship handling, Office Management
Experience, Fluent English; Proficient PC Skills
