Position Focus:


1. This position is established for those who have completed at least 10 years of on-the-job

experience in a related field, including at least 3 years in managerial position.


Education:


1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering.

2. Good English skills at speaking, reading and writing.

3. Strong communication and leadership skills


Experience:


1. Obtain full cycle experience of Auto development

2. Take lead in team/people building and development

3. Be able to identify customer needs and meet requirements

4. Coordinate hardware team cross other functions

5. Supervise hardware team in:

1) Circuit design skills are expected with the ability to model and simulate these circuits, perform worst-case analysis, thermal analysis, understand the components used and their models, and understand EMC/Signal integrity knowledge and the relevant design experience.

2) Knowledge of programming microcontrollers, in order to appreciate software requirements from the hardware design viewpoint.

3) The ability to operate electronic test equipment, diagnose circuit problems, and analyze test data is necessary.

4) Experience in Documentation Control and Business Systems (Engineering Release, Change Notice, Cost Estimation, Manufacturing Process, etc.) is vital.

5) The ability to participate in structured problem-solving activities. This involves Identifying problems, determining root cause, implementation of irreversible corrective actions, and verification of these actions (a.k.a. 5P, 7D, and 8D reports).

6) Expertise in as many of the following Automotive Development Processes as possible is beneficial: D.V.P.&R., Fault Tree, F.M.E.A., A.P.Q.P., QS9000, and Six-Sigma.
