DA process engineer(solder experience)
Duties and Responsibilities
NPI Engineer for Die attach Process
Execute Process Characterization to define Process of Record of the new product introduced.
Execute engineering development activities working with Product Line, Package & Development Engineering and Project Managers.
Collaborate with FOL Process Engineering to incorporate special work instructions into the WI specifications, specific controls to Control Plan and failures encountered to FMEA
Work with PL & PDD to ensure that NPI is designed for manufacturing, ensuring an excursion free ramp
Collaborate with PL, PDD and PM to address Top RPN issues
Collaborate with Sustaining PEs and Manufacturing to execute the Line Certification, ramping the product with no/ minimum quality, yield and productivity issues
Attend Manufacturing Readiness Reviews and collaborate with PL and PDD to execute the improvement actions
Other responsibility to be assigned based on the business need.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or Science.
Minimum 2 years experience in soft solder, epoxy, PI tape, & WBL attach processes. Experience in SMT is an added advantage.
Plus factor knowledge and skills in ESEC2007 and ESEC 2008, YAMAHA YHP2,HELLER, BTU and TREK Cleaner
Good inter-personal skills
Resume need both Chinese and English.
