Have deep process understanding of domain (AP/OTC/RTR) with 1-2yrs Ops experience of handling these process areas Have good understanding of process improvement areas, to deliver productivity to client. Should have such experience in previous work-ex Understand process metrics and linkage of KPI/GPI to SLA metrics Understand the typical process for transition & knowledge transfer to support the process from a domain stand point Conducting weekly and Monthly calls with Client and maintain process issue log Ensure No process gaps Perform effort mapping for any new/ additional scope Review SOPs and ensure the process is aligned with the SOW Assist Process team in designing KT Plan, Ramp Up Plan, UAT etc.. Support Operations in resolving Process related issues.
Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above for finance, accounting or related professionals. 3 – 5 years of total work experience with minimum 2 years of experience in (BPO) F&A domain or in a shared service center, OTC experience would be preferred. Understanding of accounting concepts and principles, working knowledge and experience on ERP systems. SAP and Oracle experience would be highly desirable. Excellent communication skills – oral and written in English. Decision making, problem-solving and analytical skills. Target oriented with strong focus on meeting SLA commitments. Eye for detail and accuracy. High tolerance of ambiguity and flexibility. Must knowledge on MS applications Good Persuasion skills
