Job Responsibilities:

-Utilize knowledge of pressure sensitive adhesive in packaging & converting and process to grow business with current technology.
-Provide creative and insightful solutions to customer application issues.
-Act as technical voice of customer to supply/ justify new product development to meet customer and general market needs.
-Interface between product development, sales, marketing and manufacturing.
-Successfully manage tactical plans in support business growth opportunity through providing expertise in applications and process.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's or above degree majored in polymer science or chemical engineering.
-More than two years' industrial experience in lamination adhesive or solution PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) application and process. Background in technical service is required.
-Good problem solving skills
-Excellent command of written and spoken English.
-Proficient in computer skills MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Willing to travel if required.
