Purpose of the Position:

Conduct various data analysis needed effectively and accurately, implement and administrate compensation and benefits projects, support supervisor in C&B programs and policies design and review to ensure the C&B practices meet company needs and are competitive in the market.

Responsibilities:

1. Forecast, analysis and track labor costs by creating C&B related analysis reports, dashboard model etc, to support company decisions related to compensation.

2. Following information security policy, administrate monthly payroll and SI&HF processes accurately and efficiently.

3. Assist supervisor in other C&B daily work:

a. Salary actions review & communication

b. Benefit programs implementation

c. Policies/processes development and implementation

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Minimum 2 years experience in C&B field

3. Detail-oriented

4. Excellent logical and analytical capabilities

5. Proficient computer skills ( especially in Excel )

6. Intermediate English skills ( verbal and written )

7. Excellent communication skills
