Job Responsibilities:

-Manage and maintain laboratory of Packaging & Converting Adhesive, related lab equipments, adhesive samples and other testing materials.
-Perform sample tests and generate professional reports.
-Make product prototypes and modify adhesive formulation.
-Coordinate external tests when necessary.
-Willing to work directly with customers to resolve problems and introduce new products.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above majoring in chemistry related.
-More than 1 year work experience in adhesives, coatings or inks, and hands-on experience on pressure sensitive adhesives will be a plus.
-Knowledge of experiment design and data analysis.
-Innovative thinking.
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Good verbal and written English.
-Detail orientation
-Good organizational skills
