工作职责：

1.负责重庆工厂焊接工艺，主要包括量产阶段质量问题整改，工艺维护、保养，工艺检查、执行，并记录工艺点检表。

2.质量问题整改，焊接尺寸问题，查找原因，工装调整；焊缝质量问题，查找原因，调整示教点。
3.工艺维护保养，工艺改进，工装点检，防错点检，确保焊接工装稳定性；夹具备件确认并安装调试。

4.焊接参数优化，程序优化备份，喷嘴、导电嘴座定期检查更换；送丝机构、清枪机构维护保养。
5.定期焊接工艺点检并记录。

岗位要求：

1.熟悉汽车行业机器人焊接。

2.熟悉C02保护焊接。

3.了解焊接夹具。

4.动手能力强，能够熟练的解决现场焊接问题。
