Job Description:

Work as the technical window with customer and supplier, and digest the customer technical requirement, create the technical proposal to help the sales pursue the new business;

Design the 3D model with the CATIA base on the customer requirement;

Organize the TDR with the cross function team, filing the TDR(technical Design Review) report;

Leading the Design FMEA, applies the lessons learned; Collects engineering lessons learned during the product development.

Elaborates the tolerances stack up files and the technical justification files.

Create the ES(engineering specification)

Prepare the DV plan, and coordinate the resource to complete the DV testing, and filing the report;

Define the SCIF, and make it properly release;

Create and review the 2D drawing, and make it properly release;

Product technical support for the process issue, and internal and external quality issue;

Qualification:

Bachelors/ Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/ Electronic Engineering related to the automotive field

Strong English speaking capability (or desire to learn)

Ability to plan, prioritize and manage work tasks

Prepare and Deliver technical presentations

Be familiar with the CATIA;

Good knowledge of the different type of gasoline pump;

Good knowledge of the hydrodynamics

Good the knowledge of the plastic material, injection molding;

Good knowledge of the GD&T;

Good communication skill;
