Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Calendar management ,meeting arrangement and booking meeting room
- Support Manage headtrax ,support and track headcount related activities including setting up new hires -Work with HR on people on-board and leave
- Create Purchase Orders and process invoices for Internal events/intern cost/computer and hardware
- Support Manage and co-own distribution lists and group alias maintenance
- Update, maintain and provide organizational charts for Group/Team
- Help support the maintenance of the group’s SharePoint portal
- Support travel logistics and some events logistic supporting
- Provide operational support in purchasing employee computer ,hardware and inventory tracking
- Expense report preparing and tracking
- Other admin projects/initiatives
- This position has frequent contact with all levels of Microsoft employees and managers as well as frequent contact with outside suppliers.
Job Requirements:
To be successful the ideal candidate needs to have strong planning and organizational skills, be able to work independently, prioritize own work and resources, maintain confidentiality of information, have a positive attitude, multi-task, be pro-active, thrive in a fast-paced and growing team environment, problem solving and have a strong attention to detail. In addition, person must be adept at implementing and monitoring complex travel plans and schedules, operate with composure and flexibility under pressure, act with good judgment in complex situations, show respect for all individuals in all situations, and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require rapid turnaround. Position requires strong working knowledge of Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint), maintaining team site using SharePoint and ability to learn new applications quickly (a plus). Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative or related experience in a multinational oriented company collaborating across multiple countries. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. A BA/BS degree or equivalent
