Responsibilities:

• Deploy and execute company objectives and policy in Quality section and ensure the objectives and policies work by following up the outcomes;

• Responsible for the overall Quality Management in the manufacturing sites

• Take charge of making the quality environment guideline and quality environment goal, establish and perfect the quality environment system, always improve the running efficiency.

• Provide timely response to customer complaints.

• Lead and drive internal continuous improvement based on customer quality issues.

• Work with internal parties on quality improvement projects.

• Support PE on new product development, supplier assessment, selection and development

• Drive continuous improvement in every phase of the operation targets on quality and throughput;

• Lead, develop nurture subordinates ensuring effective succession planning;

• Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Engineering or related disciplines; with preference to Mechanical Engineering and or Production Engineering
• At least of 8 years of related working experience with managerial level, mostly in Multinational companies will be highly preferred
• Familiar with quality tools such as (FMEA, GR&R, 6 Sigma, SPC etc.)
• Knowledge and experience of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Knowledge of SMT, plastics, metal processing, plating & other secondary decoration processes.
• Well organized and disciplined individuals with high caliber problem solving capabilities, able to work under pressure.
• With good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Applicant with knowledge in TS16949 & ISO14000 will be advantage
• Strong Photoshop,Microsoft Excel and Word
• Be proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
