职位描述

The main missions of the role are:

1. Assit the Manager to formulate and perform Human Resources Management system, work flow and business forms; formulate and implement human resources aim, objectives and budget, including resources allocation, salary and benefits, recruitment, performance management, employee communication; ensure to support the company to achieve its goal effectively;
协助上级建立健全人力资源管理制度、工作流程、业务表单等,制定实施人力资源目标、计划及预算,包括资源配置、工资福利、招聘、业绩管理、员工沟通等,确保有效支持公司目标的实现;
2. In charge of the formulation and promotion of HR policies among employees; assist the Manager to deal with labor relations, community relations, employee communication and the coordination, communication with related government departments; monitor the implementation of related company’s HR policies, ensure the company’s daily operation to fit with related policies and law of the Chinese Governments;
负责执行并向员工宣传公司相关人事政策,配合上级处理劳资关系、社区关系、员工交流以及与政府相关部门的协调和沟通;对公司人事管理实施监督、确保公司的日常运作等符合中国政府相关政策和法律;
3. Assist the manager to establish positive employee relations, coordinate with staff and management, deal with different kinds of employment disputes, participate the daily communicate work in the company, use communication tools and channels to ensure communication system efficiency and effectiveness, provide guidance to manager to ensure that staffs get the correct and consistent information;
协助上级建立积极的员工关系,协调员工与管理层的关系,处理各类劳动用工纠纷,参与公司日常沟通交流工作,利用各种沟通工具及渠道,确保公司沟通交流体系的效率及有效性,并为直线经理提供指导,确保员工所得到的沟通信息的准确性及一致性;
4. In charge of daily recruitment work, ensuring to provide high-quality human resources for the company’s development, maintaing recruitment channels, publishing recruitment needs, collecting resumes, makeing interview arrangement and attending initial interview, replying interviews, establishing reserve talent information database;
负责日常招聘工作,确保为公司发展不断提供高质量人力资源;执行公司招聘渠道维护、招聘需求信息发布、简历收集、面试预约和参与初试、面试回复等,建立后备人才信息库;
5. In charge of personnel management works, including staffing, transfer, dismissal, leaving and other procedures settlement. Implementation labor contract signing, renewal and discharge. Insure personnel work is in accordance with national laws and regulations, is rigorous and in order,the data is authentic and accurate;
负责组织人事管理工作,包括员工入职、调动、解聘、离职等手续办理,执行劳动合同的签订、续订与解除工作,确保人事工作严格依照国家法律、法规进行,严谨有序、数据真实准确;
6. Establish and perform personnel file management system, complement company personnel file and talent reserve information;
建立健全公司人事文件管理体系,完善公司员工档案信息和人才储备信息;
7. In accordance with the company’s human resource management needs, apply for related employment procedures and certificates from the government and be in charge of the review, annual inspection and custody of these certificates;
负责根据公司人力资源管理需要,承担向政府管理部门申请相关劳动用工手续及证照,并执行其复核、年检与保管;
8. Fill in and analyze various types of personnel statistical reports;
填制和分析各类人事统计报表;
9. Fulfill other work assigned by the Manager.
完成上级交办的其它工作事项。

Basic requirement:

- Bachelor Degree, Major in HR management or business administration.
大学本科,人力资源管理或管理类专业
- Good command of English both in written and spoken.
良好的书面及口头英语表述能力
- Good command of PC skills, especially Microsoft office Software .
良好的计算机应用能力, 尤其是擅长office 办公软件
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
良好的人际沟通能力
- Optimization and prioritization of tasks.
优化工作任务
- Detail and result oriented. Detailed and down-to-earth attitude.
工作中踏实认真,注重细节和结果

- At least 3 years relevant working experience in MNC.
