职位描述
1. Primary Functions
Job holder is primarily responsible for supervising all daily business financial functions within Porsche Center and furthermore consulting the General Manager for important strategic financial company decisions.
2. Reporting Relationship
Job holder reports directly to General Manager of Porsche Centre Chongqing Nanan.
3. Main Tasks
- Book keeping and treasury; provide timely and accurate financial data to StarChase group and General Manager, as required
- Prepare semi-annual budget, monthly expenditure plan and perform pre-/post-budget control
- Implement and review internal control systems to ensure the strict compliance of company policies and corporate governance with legal accounting standards and StarChase group standards
- Assist in the department policy formulation and planning
- Carry out bi-annual stock-take
- Safeguard company assets
- Prepare regular cash-flow-forecast as required by the StarChase group
- Define and set-up credit facilities with local banks
- Act as the interface with the audit company, bank, law firm and all government authorities on finance, legal and tax-related matters
- Responsible for monthly/annual closing and tax declaration
4. Entry Requirements
Qualification/Education: Bachelor degree or above in Finance Management or Accounting
Working Experience:
- At least 10 years working experience in a financial environment, ideally in a car dealership or a retail company
- Audit background
- Good knowledge of Accounting, Tax and audit
Personal Skills:
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
- Friendly and mature personality
- Profound knowledge of accounting software, MS Office and ERP system
- Ability to work independently with high motivation
